Healthy simple cooking with confidence

Come and join the four week group and learn about cooking healthy, nutritious meals with a minimum of fuss. We will discuss budgets, what to store in your pantry to help provide healthy meals without spending a lot of money. We socialise, meet and learn about food, as well as enjoying some meals together.

This groups is focused on people seeking support through their NDIS plans.

Fishing group

A recreational group who meet to throw a line in and share a love of the outdoors.

Holistic Health 

A six week program designed to address health needs on a holistic level. Topics discussed are diet, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, reducing habits, neuroplasticity, community connections, working together.

Wellways My Recovery Program

My Recovery provides up-to-date information about mental health and recovery, and support participants in developing new ways to improve social and emotional well being. My Recovery consists of an introductory session and nine weekly sessions. Each session runs for three hours and involves informal but structured learning, group discussions, videos, practical demonstrations and problem solving.

My Recovery Snapshot can be run over two days or as six, hour-long workshops

Costs NDIS support  plan can be used to attend My Recovery. Limited subsidized places are available for people not eligible for NDIS.
