Kim Hocking is Executive General Manager Programs and Innovation of Mental Illness Fellowship West Australia (MIFWA), a member organisation of the national organisation Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia (MIFA).

Kim has a Graduate Certificate in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration and has worked in the NGO sector for over 20 years.  She has spent the past decade in senior management roles leading large strategic transformation and innovation programs for the for-purpose sector and is currently Chair of SwanCare, a highly regarded aged care organisation in WA.

As part of MIFWA’s Executive, Kim works alongside the CEO, the leadership team, staff, and the Board of Management to develop and implement support and services for people experiencing mental health issues.

Kim has a long-standing interest in Mental Health and joined MIFWA to support the team be a leader in innovation and systemic reform in mental health service delivery.
