Erin Bourne GAICD, MBA is an experienced Board Chair and Non-Executive Director who integrates strategy, reputation, and growth as a single discipline. Her executive career spans corporate affairs, marketing, communications, and ESG across complex operating environments including Alcoa, Chevron Australia and News Limited, complemented by consulting through Collage & Co to clients including South32, Woodside Energy, Wesfarmers Chemicals and UNSW.

Her board work is driven by a genuine commitment to organisations that support people most in need, and a conviction that good governance is what makes mission delivery sustainable.

Erin is also a Director of MIFA, a national mental health advocacy organisation, where she contributes governance expertise and strategic oversight to an organisation that has provided trusted sector leadership since 1986.

Erin balances a busy professional life with travel, good food and keeping fit.
