  • improve our services
  • plan better services in the future
  • make decisions about service improvements.

We will:

  • take your feedback seriously
  • support you if you want to make a complaint
  • protect your right to give feedback

How can I give feedback?

There are many ways.

You can:

  • talk to a MIFWA worker
  • write to us
  • email us
  • use the feedback form on our website
  • put a suggestion in a suggestion box
  • complete a survey
  • share feedback through the Consumer Engagement Committee

Can I stay anonymous?

Sometimes, yes.

You can ask to give feedback without telling us your name.

We will support this when we can.

What happens after I give feedback?

We listen and learn.

When we get feedback, we will:

  • read it carefully
  • think about what needs to change
  • look for ways to improve
