Hayley Harris is a passionate mental health trainer, facilitator, keynote speaker and community leader.

As the Lived Experience (Peer) Lead at MIFWA she oversees the development of lived experience voices in all MIFWA activities. She aims to drive change through lived experience leadership and by amplifying the voices, perspectives and experiences of people living with mental health challenges, and their carers and families.

Additionally, Hayley is a Peer Facilitator and Mental Health Trainer with MIFWA. She delivers Mental Health First Aid courses and uses her experience as a Support Worker and Facilitator to develop programs that increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues, including designing and delivering Recovery-Oriented training workshops for the NDIS workforce.

She is a Certified Personal Medicine Coach, holds a Diploma in Auslan, a Certificate IV in Education Support and a Certificate IV in Mental Health. In 2022, Hayley completed the Emerging Leaders in Governance Program.
